What is the exchange/Return Period?
We only accept exchanges if we made a mistake with your order, which is why we advise that you please check you order before placing it. If eligible the item must have not been worn, used or tampered with. All products must be in their ORIGINAL state and ORIGINAL packaging in order to be eligible. If your item(s) are eligible for an exchange then you must send the item(s) back within 2 days of approval and must be postmarked at postoffice. No exchanges will be fufilled until ALL ORIGINAL items needing to be exchanged are received by our office.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange/ return item?
If the order was a mistake on our end we will cover shipping. On the other hand if the exchange/ return is due to a mistake in purchase by the buyer YOU are responsible for all of your shipping costs back to us. We recommend that you send your exchange/ return with a tracking option, because Hairarchy Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost packages. INTERNATIONAL: Please write " RETURN NO, DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
What items aren't eligible for exchange?
