We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal through our secured site. The billing address and shipping address provided MUST match or your order will be cancelled and refunded to you.

PICK UP OPTIONS: Pick up options are available to local Miami Dade or Broward County customers. (Monday & Friday 10am-12pm) Your pick up MUST be scheduled within a 24hr time frame via email or text. (Please refer to contact info) *No drop offs available at this time
What is your Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy?
All body care/ hair care sales are final. HairArchy Boutique may, at its sole discretion, accept returns and issue refunds if requested within 24hrs of receipt of the item(s). Any accepted returns may be pursuant to the manufacturer's allowable return period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then begin the process of the returned merchandise. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund, as we retain the sole right to approve or reject returns based on our own criteria.
Approval: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (less any restocking fees, as applicable), and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. HairArchy Boutique reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or deduct a restocking fee from any applicable refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)
"Where's my refund?" If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your account one last time. Some banks will just remove the original charge and refund the monies back into your account. Still not there? Reach out to your bank to see what their processing times are, most banks take some time before your refund is officially posted. Once you've taken these steps and your refund is still not processed, please contact us at Hairarchyboutique@gmail.com .
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only exchange your item(s) if you received the wrong item(s) due to an error on our team's end, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if this happens. Shipping costs for any returned items as a result of an error on our end will be covered by us. On the other hand if the return/ exchange is a due to a mistake in purchase by the buyer YOU are responsible for all of your shipping costs back to us, which is why we advise you to double check all information before checking out. Tracking numbers on returned items are highly recommended as HairArchy Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages. International Shoppers: Please write "Return No Duties" otherwise the package may be returned to you.
What if my order came damaged?
Please read the following below:
Email us clear pictures of your damaged items within 24hrs of receipt. The product purchased must not be used or opened. In your email try to explain your concern in as much detail as possible. Once we receive your email we will look into your request for an exchange and get back to you within 48hrs either approving or denying your request.
